Learning & Development Specialist
Location: Bracknell, UK – Hybrid (3 days in Head Office)
Salary: c.£45-50,000 per annum
Reed HR are pleased to partner with a long-standing client in their campaign to bring on board a seasoned Learning & Development Business Partner to join their established HR Team.
Working across the business both in the UK and internationally throughout Europe, this role is integral to the design and delivery of innovative, blended learning solutions that drive strategic and functional capability across the business. The ideal candidate will partner with HR Business Partners to identify core capabilities, create quality content, and manage the LMS platform, ensuring content relevance and maximising utilisation.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to assess and fulfil educational needs across the business.
- Design and implement learning solutions that align with company objectives, culture, and digital strategy.
- Develop digital learning content using various tools to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Source, select, and manage relationships with external partners for outsourced learning solutions.
- Partner with the marketing team to create assets that support the delivery and engagement of learning programmes.
- Regularly update and refresh existing content and develop new solutions to address gaps.
- Facilitate key training programmes and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in Learning & Development, across leadership and corporate functions
- Expertise in designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
- Proficiency in managing and enhancing an LMS platform.
- Skilled in creating digital learning content
- Strong project management abilities and experience in managing supplier relationships.
- Innovative and proactive approach to learning and development.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Please note this organisation are seeking candidates who have experience in project managing ongoing Learning and Development initiatives, including the design of content and roll out to international business units. This is not a Trainer role, and there will be minimal face to face delivery required in post.
