Learning & Development Manager - Remote based
Are you an experienced Learning & Development manager?
Marston Holdings have an exciting new position for a Learning & Development Manager to join our learning and development team!
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, exceptional organisational, written, and verbal communication skills. You will need a full UK driving licence, as the position requires nationwide travel.
Duties include:
- Direct line management of the Learning and Development Business Partners and the Learning and Development Coordinator, providing regular guidance and support through team meetings and 121s.
- Act as the main editor and version controller of our City & Guilds accredited programmes, leading on any changes and ensuring their ongoing quality and effectiveness.
- Devise consultative partnerships between business stakeholders and the LDBPs to ensure effective and productive learning solutions.
- Lead LDBPs in the planning, design and development of training products which satisfy identified learning needs.
- Work closely with the Head of People Development to ensure cost efficiency and to provide services within the remit of the Learning and Development annual budget.
- Collaborate with the in-house Digital Learning Specialist to produce online learning solutions suitable for a modern adult learner.
- Deliver training and development products using appropriate methodology and material in the most cost effective and appropriate manner, including both face-to-face classroom delivery and virtual classroom delivery using MS Teams.
