Due to exponential planned growth over 2024, we are now looking for a Learning and Development Partner to join our core Learning and Development Team on this exciting journey. This role is responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of learning and development solutions aligned with our business and people strategy, underpinning our culture and values, and supporting our employees to develop key skills for their future.
You would have great influence across all of our clients, driving them to create their own identity, whilst also feeling integrated across our company, supporting across all functions.
- Responsible for driving the central Learning and Development agenda to optimise colleague growth, and supporting achievement of the people function strategic objectives.
- Designing and implementing scalable, sustainable learning and development solutions that span the employee lifecycle to support achievement of our strategic goals and drive cultural change.
- Designing and developing cost-effective, multi-modal learning and development solutions.
- Designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes in order to improve management capability and future skills readiness.
- Providing learning and development expertise and delivering bespoke training solutions to business leads, ensuring risks are identified and appropriate mitigation controls are in place.
- Strong experience of design, development and implementation of scalable, sustainable, multi-modal learning and development solutions.
- Proven experience creating high performing teams, enhancing organisational capability, and building a continuous learning culture across complex, regulated, multi-site organisations.
- Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels with experience creating and delivering leadership and team programmes.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilise management information to gain insights and formulate solutions.
