Due to the expanded use of our Learning Management System (LMS) for learning and talent management and continuing to offer an extensive range of training programmes Barratt Developments are looking to appoint an LMS and Learning & Development Coordinator to support the administration and co-ordination of these two areas.
Reporting to the Group Digital Learning & Development Manager.
You will be expected to:
- Provide full LMS support for all user communities in Barratt Developments, ensuring that any issues/technical problems are correctly identified and resolved in a timely manner.
- Set up, manage and maintain all learning activities in the LMS – both digital classroom/ILT/VILT
- Scope, design and develop how to and quick reference guides for the LMS · Provide advice to all users of the LMS – advocating best practice and providing support, advice and training when required. Determine and maintain workflow requirements within the LMS
- Liaise and work with third party suppliers and training providers to ensure the course content on the LMS catalogue is up to date
- Work with L&D colleagues to provide an administration service including training programme management (registration, joining instructions, roster management, reporting, venue sourcing and management, event scheduling, and general training administration.
