We are looking for a Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Secondary school in Droitwich. As a teaching assistant, you will be working with a student in year 8 on a 1:1 basis, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Experience working with children is required for this role, but no formal qualifications are necessary. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and has a positive attitude towards learning. As a general teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the children's lives. You will be responsible for providing support, building relationships with your students and working closely with the classroom teacher to create a supportive learning environment.
