Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you`ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their experience with us is exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Promptly and professionally responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Product Expertise: Providing detailed information about our products and services.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Assisting customers with product selection and troubleshooting issues.
- Order Management: Efficiently processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate customer records and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our sales and technical support teams to address customer needs.
- Feedback Improvement: Monitoring customer feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance satisfaction.
What We`re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personality: A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year in Customer Service (preferred).
- Language: English fluency is required.
- Licence: A driving licence is preferred.
Location:
- Work Location: In person at our Didcot office.
- Commute/Relocate: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
