Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a market & industry leading business based in Milton Park, Didcot. Due to continued growth we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming telephone calls from existing cutomers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in a CRM system Provide information about our products and services to customers Analyze customer enquiries and provide accurate and timely responses Dealing with any issues which may arise Escalate any issues as necessary Any other associated tasks Candidate Expectations:
Previous experience in a Customer Service role Friendly, bubbly & polite communication skills both on the phone & via email Able to reliably commute to/from Milton Park Valid & Correct RTW documents Working Days, Hours & Salary:
