An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Learning Support Assistants with Midday Supervisor responsibilities to join Gaddesby Primary School on a permanent basis. Gaddesby Primary School is a small school set in the Leicestershire countryside with a wonderful community spirit and high aspirations for all pupils.The role of LSA within the school is an important and rewarding role, it provides vital support to those students who need it and the opportunity to access learning as part of the usual school day. We are looking to appoint a well-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing high quality provision to our pupils and support to the Teachers within the school.During the 2023-2024 academic year the successful candidate will be required to act up as Cover Supervisor 2 hours per week to provide PPA cover at the school. This will be on a fixed term basis until 26th August 2024, paid at the Cover Supervisor rate of Grade 7 at which time it is expected that staff will return to their substantive contracted hours (22 per week) as LSA. Further details in relation to acting up can be discussed at interview stage.
