Positions: Part-Time and Full-Time Learning Support Assistants

The Role: We are currently seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join mainstream schools in Worcestershire. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, making this role ideal for those who have completed Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities.
- Support individual students or small groups with their learning and development.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Work with students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
- Participate in school activities and collaborate with the school community.
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping students.
