This school is an Autism specialist school who aim to support their students to 'learn, grow, achieve' and help their students realise their aspirations through providing an excellent standard of education. They seek to develop all students academically, personally and socially in order that when they have completed their five or seven-year journey, they are fully prepared to take the next step in their lives - be that employment, further training, or apprenticeship. They are looking for proactive and passionate LSA's who are keen to interact with students. This role would be suitable for trainees and Graduates, who are eager to pursue a career within Special Education. About the role: The role: Earn a minimum £350 per week Full-time positions available Small group work and intervention support responsibilities 1:1 support for special needs and lower ability pupils This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who want to move into a career in teaching.
