ROLE PURPOSE:
You will support the Menzies Aviation learning teams to provide a comprehensive operational learning portfolio. Working as part of the team, you will focus on our legal, regulatory, and high-risk areas within the business, this includes all ground handling functions as governed by IATA AHM, fuelling, cargo, lounges and presentation operations.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop, update, and create content ensuring input from all relevant internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Maintain and update procedures within our (GOM) Ground Handling manual, Cargo Handling Manual, (CHM) and industry standards in line with business requests.
- Facilitate working groups, communicate releases, and provide regions with relevant project/module updates.
- Design and develop innovative learning interventions and products.
- Own, maintain, and regularly reviews learning products to ensure continued effectiveness within the business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrate knowledge of aviation operational processes and ground handling activities, specifically our legal, regulatory, and high-risk areas within the business.
- Knowledge and familiarities of safety, operational and compliance protocols.
- Experience in the use of digital content creation software, such as Articulate and Vyond.
- Project management skills.
- Training needs analysis.
- Training design and development.
- Training and facilitation skills.
