Salary: £26,795 – £28,580 per annum (S01) (Actual)
£29,957 – £31,952 per annum (FTE)
Location: Bridgwater & Cannington Campuses
This role will be responsible for providing coaching for students with an EHCP or SEND need on a 1:1, small group, or on an in-class basis who require English, Maths or Study Skills support to enable them to be retained and achieve on their chosen Programme of Study. This may include those who have additional learning support needs or those students who have not attained a grade 4 in English and/ or Maths.
The successful candidate will be: confident in all forms of communication, will have an understanding of difficulties that may present a barrier to students in their ability to learn, will have an ability to adapt teaching materials to meet learner’s needs.
