About the Role Coordinating, delivering quality, inclusive workshops in Achievement Success Centre on study and Academic Skills from level three - seven. Schedule, deliver, prepare onsite and online materials to engage students to enable them to achieve on their chosen programme of study. Liaise with academic subject staff to facilitate delivery of in-module Academic Skill support and identify student development needs. Lead and/or support projects within Academic Skills support. Passion enabling students to gain skills they need to achieve the best they can. High levels of IT skills using MS Office and data analysis capabilities, SPSS ideally. Undertake scholarship and research activities in teaching and learning. 0.6 is within the ASC Coordinator and ASC delivery role, 0.4 within subject related modules (ideally sport or our subjects/related disciplines will be considered) About You Teaching qualification or equivalent. Motivated with a commitment to quality of teaching and learning. Posses a degree in the relevant subject area, with MSc/PhD/MA being desirable. Supporting higher education programme delivery. Enthusiastic and professional, have postgraduate experience relevant to Academic Skills and/or in programmes that we offer.
