We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated individual to the role of Lecturer in Inclusive Learning. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding area of the curriculum, which boasts continued learner success and achievement.
The successful candidate must be able to deliver high quality Employability and Independent Living Skills from Entry 1 to level 1, act as Personal Tutor to a cohort of learners and have an understanding of RARPA. We are looking for a creative practitioner who enjoys designing practical and engaging sessions that meet both the individual students needs as well as those of the qualification.
The successful candidate must have:
Cert Ed/PGCE teaching qualification (or equivalent) or willing to achieve within a set period of time from appointment.
Level 2 Maths and English qualification
A proven experience of teaching students with SEN needs such as SLD, ASD, MLD and SEMH
Experience of developing, delivering and assessing accredited qualifications and non-accredited programs (RARPA)
