About the Role
It is an exciting time to be joining the Academy of Pre-Technical and Skills for Living and Work. As an area of growth, you will be joining a team of people committed to helping those who are disadvantaged grow in confidence and realise their potential through learning.

As a Main Grade Lecturer in our dynamic and rewarding team, you'll play a key part in developing the skills of our young people to help them progress to their next steps.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning, delivery and assessment of a personal, Social development curriculum , including Prince's Trust Achieve qualification
* Developing personalised and innovative lessons to break down barriers to learning and support learner success
* Use a Quality Teaching First approach to ensure an inclusive environment for all of our young people
* Support curriculum development and IQA processes and tracking of wider key skill development
* Support the development of an enriched curriculum that includes employability
Skills & Knowledge
