My client is a well-established International Law Firm based in the heart of Sheffield City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a background in Facilities or Reprographics to join an established, small knit team with excellent progression opportunities.
As a Legal Administrator your duties will include:
- Produce and finish hard copy documents
- All scanning, copying and printing
- Assist with all archiving for the office
- Assist with the New Starter induction process
- Ensure all incoming post is distributed accordingly
- Attend monthly Health and Safety meetings
As a Legal Administrator you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience working in Facilities or Reprographics is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly Proficient on Microsoft Office
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
