Legal Administrator
Our client is a small business based in Retford that aims to provide their clients with the best possible service while being friendly and approachable.
They are a small team and require extra administration support to help them continue to help their clients.

They are looking for a self-motivated Legal Assistant to join their team. You will provide administrative support to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry using the CRM system
- Open and maintain client files
- Maintain client records and appointment details
- Assist with witnessing Wills and other legal documents
- Filing and file organisation
- Dealing with the incoming post and updated the CRM accordingly
- Update clients on their matters
- Register Wills with Certainty and prepare the file for storage as well as maintaining records
- Scanning Wills
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney for registration and once complete preparing the documents to send to the client
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as Google Drive/Drive Online
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar or administration role
- Previous experience of a legal CRM system would be advantageous
- Ability to work on your own and manage your own workload
Hours of Work
The hours are 16-20 hours per week. Ideally this is four hours a day Monday to Friday. There is some flexibility in these hours for the right candidate.
