Our Peterborough based client is looking for a Training Administrator to support their apprentice programme for one of their new clients. This is a varied role, supporting apprentices and their employers through the lifecycle of their apprenticeship.
The role will involve organising training courses and all the associated administration to ensure smooth delivery of each course. This is a really busy role with a lot to get involved in, including liaising with clients and apprentices, attending progress meetings and ensuring all the right documentation is with the accrediting bodies.
Your will: -
- Enjoy dealing with corporate clients.
- A team player
- Confident communicator
- Have excellent IT skills including Excel.
- Be able to work under pressure with a great eye for detail
- Have experience in raising purchase orders and invoices.
