Lewtay Training have over 20 years experience in providing the highest levels of training, achievement and service. The company developed as a national training provider for apprenticeships in 2013; we have since further engaged with both levy and non-levy organisations to become the provider of choice.
As a company, we pride ourselves on the quality of tutoring we provide. We believe that the key to achievement is through tutor encouragement and support; the development of each individual learner is important to us and we feel this shows in our practice.
Due to our expanded growth, we are now looking to appoint an experienced Administrator. Administration in a training company would be highly advantageous.
About the Role:
Based in our offices in Peterborough, you will enjoy being the go-to person for colleagues as well as being the first point of contact for the business. You will have supported a team with administrative tasks and will be highly organised. You will have excellent communication skills both written and spoken, as a lot of the correspondence will be via email and on the phone. You will liaise with learners and coaches so excellent communication skills are a prerequisite. Further tasks will include booking and arranging exams, running of monthly reports and updating learner files.
You will be a confident and competent user of computer systems - training will be provided for internal systems.
