Training Sales Administrator - 18 Month Contract with the opportunity of a permanent placement
Are you a friendly, proactive and well organised individual able to work in a fast paced but friendly environment? My client is looking for a new member of their small, fast growing, team at their Head Office in Huntingdon. We have recently placed another candidate here and they love it!
Location: Huntingdon
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Temp to Perm
As the first point of contact within the training team, you will be comfortable speaking to potential candidates regarding course and exam enquiries, and discussing their potential options. This is an exciting role for someone who has good attention to detail, is people focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying & generating new sales leads
- Booking courses & maintaining excellent course booking records
- Raising invoices, booking spaces & special requirements
- Chasing & taking payments
- Recording enquiries on CRM database
- Main point of contact for all course enquiries
- Setting up Training Rooms, greeting candidates, producing attendance certificates
Requirements
- Confident communicator able to build relationships and encourage repeat bookings
- Customer service or sales experience
- Confident selling products & services
- Flexible & well organised
- Microsoft Office skills
- Willing to travel to local and national events as and when required
