Your duties will include, but are not limited to:• Greeting clients when they come into the office with a professional and friendly manner• Supporting the Ringwood office with all admin tasks required• Post and DX duties• Maintaining a high level of client service at all times• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision• Photocopying, filing and e-filing• Assisting with archiving• Accepting client payments and photocopying ID all in accordance with the firm's anti-money laundering procedures.• Booking and setting up meeting rooms• All other general office duties• Manage the car park registration system
