SalaryNew Opportunity: I am working with a renowned electronics company seeking a qualified commercial Legal Advisor to support the Head of Legal and team during a 12-month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will have had previous in-House or Private Practice experience within construction and energy.
Salary up to £80,000 per annum.
This is a full-time role with a hybrid working model (1-2 days in the office, 3-4 days at home)
The role:
- Providing general commercial advice
- Drafting and amending contracts i.e. non-disclosure agreements
- Advising on compliance issues and providing compliance training
Ideal candidate:
- Qualified Lawyer with a commercial background
- Knowledge and understanding of terms relevant to the construction/ energy sector I.e. NEC and BEAMA terms.
