Legal Assistant - Insolvency & Corporate RecoveryLocation: NorthamptonSalary: £27,000 per annumHours: Option of 5 days or 4 days per week, with one day from homeWe have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary to join our well established client in their Insolvency & Corporate Recovery team in Northampton. This friendly team is looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills to operate on a pool structure, working for the Insolvency & Corporate Recovery team. You will be supporting them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way.Some of your duties will include• Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and other correspondence • Audio typing and some file management • Typing of documents and track amendments • Scanning, paginating and photocopying • File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters • Providing general administration support to the teamA little about you• Excellent written and oral communication skills • A good eye for detail • Good organisation and time management abilities • Excellent team player • Great typing skills• Motivated with a strong commitment to learning • Prior secretarial experience within this area of law would be advantageous
