Location: Walsall
Timings: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
We are looking for an experienced legal secretarial assistant to work in the child Care Public Law department of our busy Law firm in Walsall.
You will have fast accurate audio typing skills, computer literate. A good working knowledge of children and family law procedures, familiar with online legal aid applications and billing procedures would be an advantage.

Attributes:
- Have at least 1 year experience of child care/public law matters.
- Computer literate with fast accurate audio typing skills
- Excellent team player with a keen interest to providing a first class service to our clients
- Familiar with legal aid applications and billing procedures.
Duties include:
- Legal Aid applications
- Diary management
- Time recording
- Diligent in responding to e mail correspondence and time scales.
- Liaison with professionals
