A well-established high-street law firm is currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join their busy property team. You will join a friendly, collaborative and supportive group of legal professionals.
This position would suit an individual with some prior experience in conveyancing and who is used to working as part of a busy team.
The successful Legal Assistant will have:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- High level of client care
- Good time management and organisational skills
You will cover a range of conveyancing support duties, including:
- Arranging appointments and client visits
- Document production & preparation
- Audio Dictation
- Assisting with incoming calls and client enquiries
There is a relaxed, open plan office environment based in good location.

Salary: 22,000 - 27,000 dependent on experience.
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch).
Location: Heathfield, East Sussex.
