We are working with a well-established Lexcel accredited, multi-office law firm, who are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary to join their busy Wills and Probate team based in a lovely village location, near to Warwick and Stratford upon Avon. Free parking is available.
The firm offer excellent prospects, support and great training and development opportunities, with qualification via the SQE route facilitated and supported for eligible/interested employees.
The role will involve:
- Assisting the Partner with all matters relating to Private Client work including estate administration, wills and LPA's
- Carrying out a range of administration duties pertaining to private client work
- Liaising with clients by telephone, email and face to face
- Keeping clients fully updated
- Liaising with third party professionals
- Progressing a busy workload, ensuring all matters are handled in a professional manner
Suitable candidates will have:
- A minimum of 12 months' legal administration experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal or Legal Secretary
- Experience of dealing with wills, and processing LPA's (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of attention to detail
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based job, working 35 hours per week 9am to 5pm M-F.
