The role/firm
A top 100 law firm in Kent are looking to recruit a Legal Assistant to join their Real Estate team. The firm have offices across Kent and London and have a great reputation in the area. This impressive firm works alongside extremely high-net-worth private and commercial clients, all while maintaining a strong emphasis on work/life balance and flexibility for their staff.
The role of the Legal Assistant is to support the legal secretaries and solicitors with account management, administrative duties and process management, you will also support with incoming client queries. Another main focus of the role is to help the team develop new ways of working, using legal technology to support this.
The ideal candidate
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has a background in administration, customer service or account management and is looking to grow their skills and take on some more responsibility. The firm are also open to considering a candidate looking for their first role or returning to work after some time out.
There will be a big focus on using legal technology so the candidate must have an interest, and be confident using different technologies. If you would like to develop your project management and IT skills, the firm can provide you with support.
The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive and have great communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
