SalaryA well-regarded Civil Litigation practice in Warrington is seeking an ambitious and experienced Legal Assistant to join its close-knit team.
As a Legal Assistant for this client-focused firm, you will be responsible for providing the accurate and timely delivery of all administrative tasks.
This role would suit an experienced Legal Assistant who is able to demonstrate a professional yet personable attitude whilst handling potentially sensitive client matters.
This role is full-time and office-based, and free onsite parking is provided.
Duties to include:
- Communicating with defendants and the court service, obtaining or providing case updates in a professional and timely manner
- Effective retrieval of client documentation
- Working with vulnerable individuals in line with the firm’s policies and procedures
- Data entry using the Case Management System
- Preparing Trial Bundles and final Witness Statement bundles ready for filing and serving
