You will work within the thriving Real Estate team, undertaking responsibility for the completion of various duties. Your role will be vital in enabling the team to operate at optimum efficiency when dealing with a range of conveyancing matters.
If you are an experienced Conveyancing Assistant seeking a new opportunity with genuine progression opportunities in addition to a very attractive benefits package, then this role will be ideal for you.
Duties to include:
- Effective communication with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, in order to provide advice and assistance
- Chasing various documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches
- Maintaining the case management system and any third-party web sites up to date in real time
- Accurate preparation of required documentation, as required with the conveyancing process
- Preparation of the packs for the accounts department, to include completion statements and invoices
