Previous Legal Assistant/secretarial experience in conveyancing is essential.
The role is permanent and you would be required to work full-time 9.00am to 5.30pm
Duties
- Dealing with post completions
- Stamp duty returns
- Submission of searches
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders and borrowers
- Assisting in the preparation of sale contract packs
