Join my client, a leading Cheshire law firm with offices in Stockport, Chester, Macclesfield, and Congleton, renowned for providing exceptional legal services across the North West and nationwide. They are currently seeking a diligent and motivated Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic team in Chester.
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing team in managing a variety of residential property transactions. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders, conducting property searches, drafting legal documents, and providing administrative support throughout the conveyancing process.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a conveyancing environment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should be proficient in using case management systems and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
