Our client, a well-established Legal Firm with an office in Crewe, is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Conveyancing and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.
Job Description:
As a Conveyancing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head of Conveyancing with caseload management from inception to completion
- Handling new business enquiries via telephone, email, and web
- Efficiently navigating internal systems
- Overseeing post-completion matters
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in both paper and digital formats
- Timely and accurately submitting registrations to HM Land Registry via online portal
- Experience using the SDTR portal
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience working in a conveyancing team is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
