My client are an award winning firm who are looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Conveyancing team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Conveyancing department or team.

As a Conveyancing Assistant your duties will include:

• Liaising with Estate Agents/Borrower and Lender
• Assist with Post Completion
• Help with preparation of contract packs
• Requesting redemption figures
• Submission of searches

As a Conveyancing Assistant you will have the following skills:

• Previous experience working in Conveyancing
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised
• Proficient on Microsoft Office
