Description
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organisation.
- Act as a point of contact for all legal matters.
- Assist with the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve corporate objectives.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide insightful inputs.
- Participate in professional development activities to maintain legal knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.
Profile
A successful Legal Associate should have:
- Qualified Solicitor England and Wales.
- In house Commercial Contracts Experience.
- Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism.
- A team-focused mindset, with an ability to work collaboratively.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £65,000, plus a 10% bonus paid monthly.
