Role Overview:

The firm seeks a meticulous and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day financial transactions and compliance with the Solicitors' Accounts Rules. The role demands a high level of accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing financial transactions including client receipts, payments, and transfers
- Reconciling bank statements and handling client queries
- Assisting with month-end procedures and financial reporting
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal policies

Skills & Experience Required:

- Previous experience in a Legal Cashiering or accounts role is essential
- Proficiency in legal accounting software and MS Office
- Strong understanding of the Solicitors' Accounts Rules

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
