A highly reputable and rapidly expanding law firm are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Legal Cashier to join their busy Accounts department.
This is your opportunity to join a well-regarded firm that is committed to providing their loyal client base of individuals and organisations with high quality legal services and client care.
The Opportunity:
- Join a friendly team and assist the Accounts Manager on a daily basis.
- Take responsibility for a range of tasks including, but not limited to, ensuring transactions are compliant with the Solicitors Accounts Rules, processing payments, bank reconciliations, checking and processing completions, and processing card transactions.
You will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a law firm.
- Confidence to work without direct supervision when necessary.
- Sound knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills.
