Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Hybrid role - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with some flexibility around hours
About You:
* Experience potentially gained from Accounts or Finance Administration
* Proficient in Excel (Formulas, not Macros)
* Detail-oriented and numerically adept
* Adaptable to hybrid working arrangements
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with SRA accounts rules or prior experience as a Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
* Bank reconciliations
* Management of purchase ledger
* Client billing and invoicing
* Processing supplier payments
* Handling office finances
* Varied adhoc duties using system action steps
