Location: Bexleyheath
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (with a one-hour break for lunch).

Duties:
- Handle emails and phone calls from other offices, printing necessary forms for processing on SOS.
- Prepare paying in (cheques & cash) and post to clients' ledgers.
- Process client bills, credit notes, and write-offs.
- Produce cheques.
- Manage client to office transfers.
- Process client payments.
- Input and authorize payments on the online banking portal.
- Accept card payments from clients.
- Perform various other duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Cashier is essential.
- Courteous and cooperative attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a small team environment.
- Willingness to learn and ability to take instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Familiarity with SOS accounting software is advantageous, but training will be provided.
