Legal Contracts And Compliance Director

We are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative consultancy based in Nottinghamshire who are looking to hire an experienced Legal Contracts and Compliance Director. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the businesses Contracts and ensure that these are compliant with regulatory requirements.

The Role:

As part of this role you will support on areas such as contract management, legal compliance and risk management Day to day responsibilities could include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Develop and implement efficient contract management processes to streamline work flows and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with business objections.
• Design, implement and oversee compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Assess and manage legal risks associated with business operations and contracts.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.

Experience:

We are looking to speak with individuals who have experience in end-to-end contract management and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have demonstrable experience in drafting compliance and risk policies which could include anti-bribery, anti-slavery and anti-corruption.
