Reed Talent Professionals are partnering with A large public sector organisation based in Warrington (with parking) they are currently recruiting for a Legal Administration Manager for a 3 - month contract to start ASAP.

Duties:
- Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts
- Stakeholder engagement – internal and external
- Ensuring compliance and managing risk
- Working on multiple projects
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient legal drafting skills
- Either legal or procurement background
- Attention to detail
- Negotiation and Resolution skills
- Organisation skills
- Working knowledge of regulated procurement and contract law
Desirable
Public Sector / UCR knowledge – Procurement / Utility Contract Regulation / Public Contract Regulation
Commercial Legal knowledge e.g., IPR – (Intellectual Property Rights) and Indemnities
