Legal Counsel

Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of insurance laws and regulations, as well as the ability to provide sound legal advice.

Description

• Provide advice on a wide range of commercial contracts
• Support and where required review, develop and maintain standard templates and customer product terms.
• Work closely with the Group General Counsel on corporate and company secretarial matters.
• Work with and support the Procurement function in the review of commercial contract.

Profile

A successful Legal Counsel should have:

• Legal qualification in UK/Ireland
• Knowledge and experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ability to work around a business with key stakeholders and provide commercially focused advice within the bounds of the regulatory framework.
