Job Description
- Provide advice on a wide range of commercial contracts
- Support and where required review, develop and maintain standard templates and customer product terms.
- Work closely with the Group General Counsel on corporate and company secretarial matters.
- Work with and support the Procurement function in the review of commercial contract.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Counsel should have:
- Legal qualification in UK/Ireland
- Knowledge and experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ability to work around a business with key stakeholders and provide commercially focused advice within the bounds of the regulatory framework.
