I am looking for a Legal Counsel with a track record of negotiating IT Procurement Contracts / Agreements within the IT industry

Skills / Experience

• Draw up and negotiate IT Procurement Contracts (e.g. software purchasing and leasing, SaaS,
• A Solicitor or Barrister qualified in England & Wales with experience within the IT industry
• Provide general legal advice
• Drive legal workstream activities
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills at a senior level
• Higher education degree in law (2:1 degree or higher)
