Legal Counsel Opportunity - Family Office London

Major, Lindsey & Africa is engaged on a retained basis to recruit a Legal Counsel for a leading Family Office, who are now expanding their legal function. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join its thriving legal team in the London office to provide support on a diverse range of operational and strategic corporate matters.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have at least 10 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law with a strong track record of advising on a range of corporate transactions and commercial contracts. You will also possess a background in advising employment law and litigious matters. In addition you will also possess broad commercial and other legal skills which may include advising on employment law and litigious matters. Candidates will need to have a strong law firm foundation, before moving in-house or if in a law firm environment, will have had exposure to several client secondments.
