In particular they are renowned for their work with Corporate Occupiers and is led by a leading Partner in the field.

This highly successful team act for an impressive client-base within a range of sectors including film & TV, tech media and telecoms, banking & finance, FTSE 100 corporates and professional services.

They have advised on nearly every size and type of corporate relocation, expansion or acquisition, which can range from small space acquisitions to large scale office HQ deals.

They have partnered with us to find a enthusiastic Commercial Real Estate Solicitor who has a genuine interest in working in a specialist Corporate Occupiers team and make a mark within the sector.

Requirements

• Qualified Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with between 2 - 4 yrs' PQE
• Solid understanding of Landlord & Tenant and transaction due diligence
• Corporate Occupiers experience or true interest to specialise in such
• Excellent academics
