A highly sought after firm is seeking a Legal EA to support at least 1 or 2 Senior Partners in their Dispute Resolution department. Initially starting as a 12 month FTC to cover maternity, given the size of the department and firm there is a strong chance of this becoming permanent.
This Legal EA role is a highly involving position and given the part-time nature, they are looking for a proven track record of supporting at a Senior level.
Although there is little typing involved in the role, exemplary organisational skills are desired with extensive diary/inbox management and global travel arrangements making up a large part of the role along with Marketing and BD support.
As with most Senior support roles, there will be some personal work which will only serve to build a solid relationship with the Partner and become the lynchpin for the team.
