Heritage PS Talent Solutions are excited to be recruiting for a Legal Manager to work with our well established and growing Legal client in Leicester, LEICS on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting directly to the firm's Directors the main purpose of the role is to manage the Solicitors Administration team.
This role would be suitable for experienced Legal Secretaries, Legal Administrators, Paralegals or Solicitors.
Main duties of the Legal Manager:
Ensuring firm-wide compliance, encompassing SRA, Lexcel, CQS, and other relevant industry standards, through oversight of the Liaison Team and Consultant Solicitors.
Managing the processes related to onboarding new files and ensuring client care excellence within the Liaison Team.
Handling inquiries related to legal matters, compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and other pertinent issues.
Creating and maintaining reports to monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) and essential team tasks.
Facilitating communication and meetings with Consultant Solicitors to foster their ongoing professional development.
Guiding the onboarding process for new Consultant Solicitors as our program expands.
Providing comprehensive reports to the firm's Directors, covering all aspects of the consultancy program.
Requirements of the Legal Manager:
Proficient understanding of the Solicitor's code of conduct.
Effective organisational and time management abilities.
Exceptional written and oral communication proficiency.
Profound proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
