Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a hard-working and versatile Legal PA to join one of our boutique, international law firm clients on a twelve month maternity cover contract. Located near Chancery Lane, our client has offices in the UK, Europe and US and specialise in commercial & competition law. Our client would ideally like the Legal PA to start as soon as possible to ensure a smooth handover.
The general duties of the Legal PA position include, but are not limited to:
Producing all typing, secretarial services, correspondence, and document production.Preparing standard documents.Using the Firm's systems, including iManage & Microsoft Office.Arranging travel.Event administration such as reservations, sending invites etc.Carrying out conflict checks.Diary management.Organising client meetings.Maintaining up to date and accurate client contact via CRM.Assisting other PA's and staff when required.Answering incoming calls.
