Salary Range: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities for the Legal Practice Manager:
- Assisting in the promotion and administration
- Ensuring the efficient day-to-day practice management
- Collaborating to maximize profitability for all members.
- Effective diary management
- Line management of junior staff
- Conducting fee negotiations
- Assisting with work allocation
- Maintaining accurate case records
Key Qualifications and Skills required for the Legal Practice Manager:
Ideally, applicants will have experience of working within the legal sector, including diary management and fee negotiation. Experience of clerking or working in a similar role within the legal or insurance sector, especially in Commercial, Property and Construction would be advantageous, but not essential as full training would be given.
