Job description

Our client is a prestigious and established leading global Law firm who are seeking a highly organised and professional Legal Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for the firm, this person will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the firm's office.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys.
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and filing.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and meetings.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
